Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund process for Nishaaan orders.

1. Digital QR Codes

Digital QR code orders are non-refundable once the QR code has been generated and delivered to your account. If you have not yet claimed your code, or if there is a technical issue preventing code delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it.

2. Printed Sticker Orders

For printed sticker orders:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund if you cancel before your order has been dispatched.
  • After dispatch: No refund once stickers have been printed and dispatched, unless the stickers arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged/Defective: If your stickers arrive damaged or with a print defect, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 310 977 6668 with your order details and reason for refund. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Raast).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after QR code delivery.
  • Incorrect information submitted at order time by the customer.
  • Tags that have been claimed and activated.
  • Orders made using promotional or discounted pricing.
