Shipping Policy

How and when your Nishaaan printed stickers are dispatched and delivered.

1. Digital Orders

Digital QR codes are delivered instantly to your Nishaaan account after payment verification. There is no physical shipping involved. You can print the QR code yourself or share it digitally.

2. Printed Sticker Orders

For orders that include our premium printed stickers (PVC labels, tempered glass decals, aluminum pet tags, key fob tags), we dispatch via courier after your payment is verified and your order is confirmed.

3. Processing Time

  • Payment verification: typically 1–4 hours on business days.
  • Printing and quality check: 1–2 business days.
  • Dispatch notification via WhatsApp and email.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days or more depending on courier availability.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is included in the printed sticker price. There are no additional delivery charges for domestic Pakistan orders.

6. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive your courier tracking number via WhatsApp. We currently ship via TCS, Leopards, or Pakistan Post depending on your location.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 310 977 6668. We will investigate with the courier and either resend or refund your order as appropriate.
