1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nishaaan's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nishaaan. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and configuring tags.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nishaaan to:

• Engage in harassment, fraud, or impersonation.
• Scan tags you do not own without genuine intent to return the item.
• Abuse the anonymous contact system to contact tag owners for non-return purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform's security.
• Submit false payment screenshots or fraudulent orders.

5. QR Tags and Ownership

Each QR tag has a unique code. Once claimed by a user, the tag is linked to that account. Tags cannot be transferred between accounts without admin assistance. Categories assigned at purchase or claim are permanent and cannot be changed by owners.

6. Payments

All payments are made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast bank transfer to Muhammad Hamza (03109776668). Orders are activated after manual payment verification by our team, typically within a few hours on business days. We reserve the right to reject orders in cases of suspected fraud.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on Nishaaan is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nishaaan facilitates contact between tag owners and finders but is not responsible for the recovery of lost items, the accuracy of finder-provided information, or outcomes of contact initiated through the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
